How It Works

1. Eligibility

   • Open to new commercial customers who sign up for any 2025 season lawn care

     package or construction project over $5000 (pre-tax).

   • Enrollment period: January 1, 2025, to April 31, 2025.

2. Prize

   • One (1) lucky winner will receive a professionally installed tree (up to $750 value).

   • The winner can select one (1) tree from a minimum of three approved options.

3. Draw Date

   • The draw will take place, and the winner will be announced on April 1, 2025.

4. Redemption

   • The prize must be redeemed before April 30, 2025.

Fine Print and Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility Requirements:

  • Offer is open to new commercial customers only (not residential).

  • Customers must fully sign up for and commit to a 2025 season lawn care package or construction project over $5000 (pre-tax) by the April 31, 2025 deadline.

  • Existing customers or renewals do not qualify for this offer.

• Tree Selection:

  • The winner will choose from a list of approved tree species that are suitable for their property and climate.

• Installation:

  • Tree installation will be handled by The General Contracting Services Inc. at a date mutually agreed upon with the winner.

  • Installation must occur on the winner's property.

• Prize Limitations:

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other services.

  • The prize cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.

• Announcement:

  • The winner will be notified directly via email or phone. Public announcement of the winner will be shared here on our website.

• Redemption Deadline:

  • The winner must schedule and complete the tree installation before May 30, 2025. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.

• Force Majeure:

  • The General Contracting Services Inc. reserves the right to adjust the prize details in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, supply chain disruptions, or other factors beyond its control.
