Expert Interlock Sealing Services Across toronto & GTA
Our 3-Step Process
Step 1
Repairs & Pressure Washing
We start with a deep pressure wash to remove dirt, stains, weeds, and any old sand between the joints. This gives us a perfectly clean surface to work with. Any repairs to be done before sanding. We also have chemicals to clean oil, grease and tire marks.
Step 2
Re-Sanding/
Re-Grouting
Once the surface is dry, we sweep in commercial-quality polymeric sand to lock the stones in place and prevent weeds and shifting. The sand is compacted and brushed for a smooth, finished look. For overlays, we re-point all joints with new mortar.
Step 3
Sealing
Finally, we apply a professional-grade sealer (or color enhancer for natural stone) that protects against weather, salt, and stains, while enhancing the stone’s natural beauty. Finishes include: Natural look, Matte, Semi-gloss and Wet look.

Why Interlock Sealing Matters
Your interlock driveway or patio is a major investment. Without proper care, weeds, shifting stones, stains, and salt damage can shorten its lifespan. Professional interlock sealing not only locks in the beauty of your pavers but also protects them from Canada’s harsh freeze-thaw cycles.
Our Proven 3-Step Process
We follow a structured three-day process for long-lasting results. Day one begins with a deep power wash to remove dirt, algae, and old sand. On day two, we apply premium polymeric sand that prevents weeds and secures your interlock. Finally, on day three, we apply a high-grade sealer to protect against weather, salt, and spills. The result? A driveway or patio that looks brand new and lasts longer.

Natural Stone Sealing: Protect & Enhance Your Investment
Natural stone surfaces, from elegant patios to decorative walkways, are beautiful but porous and vulnerable to weather, stains, and wear. Our professional sealing services provide long-lasting protection that preserves the stone’s natural appearance while preventing damage from water, salt, and debris. We use only manufacturer-recommended, top-of-the-line sealers and color enhancers, ensuring that your stone retains its vibrancy and strength for years to come. Unlike generic products, our sealers penetrate deep, offering a durable barrier without leaving a slippery film. Regular sealing also simplifies cleaning, reduces maintenance, and keeps your outdoor spaces looking polished and well-cared-for throughout the year. We also seal concrete and porcelain!

Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to commonly asked questions about our washing and sealing services.
How often should interlock be sealed?
Typically every 2–3 years, depending on traffic, weather, and exposure.
Will sealing make my stone slippery?
No. We use professional-grade, non-film-forming sealers that protect without creating a slick surface. If your existing surface is slippery, we have grip additives that add texture when mixed in with our sealer. Contact us for more info.
Can you remove old, failing sealer?
Yes, we use safe stripping methods before applying new sealer for a clean, even finish. For more stubborn sealers we have a commercial-grade chemical that will remove it.
